No it is way to big and it wont fit with out a adapter or machining your upper Intake crossover tube then if you do that you have have the throttle linkage off a 3.8 TB welded onto the 65mm T/B besides it is a waste your engine will only use the air it needs and will show no gains. I have stage 3 intakes and heads with a large cam and I am only using a 87-93 60mm Gt T/B
well the BBK throttle body or contact RGR Robert Green and he can set you up with a stock P&P half shafted T/B or a modded BBK throttle body which he says is better than a 60mm or larger T/B

Yeah, I like the 56mm BBK, it looks nice and is a direct fit
for a 94-98 Mustang. Also, 1/2 shafted and ported it will
flow about like a 60mm 5.0 TB and there are no throttle
cable issues, TPS issues, or IAC issues. Plus the BBK
can be bored out to ~64mm later if you need that much,
but then your upper intake's crossover tube needs material
added to accomodate the porting required to use TB's that
big. The 56mm is a great piece!
I'd do an upper and TB for you, and I believe I can get
the TB for you, it would probably be $250.
