Definitely a good looking setup! Like any type of aftermarket headlight, taillight, or fog light we'll always recommend picking up some RTV sealer just to get an extra layer of protection down to ensure that they're not going to fog up! At the end of the day, This is your car! Modify it how you see fit. I think Chrome would really offset ingot nicely and I'd love to see them on your car!
Mine didn't come with any extra sealer. It had a half ass seal out of the box, but I had to take high temp silicone and go over the seams again to fully get rid of the fogging.

Hey Joey-Sorry to hear about that! It's definitively a good idea to do so on all aftermarket lights. How are they working out for you in the meantime? Let me know if there's anything I can help out with!!
The Raxioms come with a halogen projector, which mimics an HID projector, but isn't. A full HID projector is necessary for good cut off lines and usable light for an HID conversion.

Projectors? No. Theretrofitsource.com is good. With the Raxioms it would be difficult to modify them as they're sealed with Butyl, which is very hard to separate. The stock lights you can literally oven bake them open.
Hidplanet.com has a lot of good articles explaining the basics.

My car has HIDs that are reused in the headlight assembly so I should be good right? I'm totally happy with the brightness of the lamps. I just want the halo effect.
I have the smoked raxiom halo projection headlights and have no night time visibility issues. I live in a rural area with all country roads and no street lights along with 50% front windshield tint. All that and I can see just fine. I think the secret too better visibility is keeping your eyes open while driving. It works for me. ?

Depends how you wire them. I wired them into my parking light harness. So with the car on they're off. They only come on if I turn my parking lights on or my headlights.
They're not terrible to aim. They only have up/down adjustment via a notched knob in the back. Just follow the instructions.
Yea, you'll want a thin bead across that entire seam where the housing meets the lens. Let it dry and fill in any holes that form so you have a solid seam.

AM states that the lights are plug and play with no splicing necessary. But what they haven't answered me is whether the halo and leds will behave like my side bars and stay on all the time.
So what you are saying is that these lights do not behave as the OEM side bars unless I physically turn the parking lights on? As the OEM side bars stay on all the time.
