Definitely a good looking setup! Like any type of aftermarket headlight, taillight, or fog light we'll always recommend picking up some RTV sealer just to get an extra layer of protection down to ensure that they're not going to fog up! Let me know if you have any other questions or feel free to shoot our customer service team a call directly at 1-866-727-1266!

This. I tore down my front end literally a dozen times trying to get rid of the fogging issue. Well that and getting the beams aimed properly.

Thanks Alex!!

And smoked are too dark for my taste. If my car was a darker color I'd go smoked. Ingot silver needs the chrome brightness.
At the end of the day, This is your car! Modify it how you see fit. I think Chrome would really offset ingot nicely and I'd love to see them on your car!

Mine didn't come with any extra sealer. It had a half ass seal out of the box, but I had to take high temp silicone and go over the seams again to fully get rid of the fogging.

They work well. I like the looks, the output is so so, but what can you expect with a smoked lens? Lol.

Eventually I will do a full projector conversion on my stock lights though and probably just tint them.

The Raxioms come with a halogen projector, which mimics an HID projector, but isn't. A full HID projector is necessary for good cut off lines and usable light for an HID conversion.

Projectors? No. Theretrofitsource.com is good. With the Raxioms it would be difficult to modify them as they're sealed with Butyl, which is very hard to separate. The stock lights you can literally oven bake them open.

Hidplanet.com has a lot of good articles explaining the basics.

If you have stock HID Raxiom has an option for you so they'll fit. But if you're just looking for the halos, that can be done with your stock lights.

Hidplanet.com is going to be your best bet for a walk through.

for night visibilty the raxioms arent that good had them and sold them for that reason... they look cool though

I have the smoked raxiom halo projection headlights and have no night time visibility issues. I live in a rural area with all country roads and no street lights along with 50% front windshield tint. All that and I can see just fine. I think the secret too better visibility is keeping your eyes open while driving. It works for me. ?

Waiting to hear from AM but no response to email. Will the halos and three leds stay on all the time like my side bars do on my '13?

Also are they hard to align?

and one more thing...do I put the RT sealant where the lens meets the housing?

Thanks!!!

Depends how you wire them. I wired them into my parking light harness. So with the car on they're off. They only come on if I turn my parking lights on or my headlights.

They're not terrible to aim. They only have up/down adjustment via a notched knob in the back. Just follow the instructions.

Yea, you'll want a thin bead across that entire seam where the housing meets the lens. Let it dry and fill in any holes that form so you have a solid seam.

The AM video says I use the OEM bulbs and ballasts. I'm getting the Chrome ones so they'll be brighter.
Is any of this correct?

I do appreciate all of your advice. I'm ready to buy today. Still nothing from AM but you all have been great at working with me!!!

Alex! Thank you very much for the reply!!

So what you are saying is that these lights do not behave as the OEM side bars unless I physically turn the parking lights on? As the OEM side bars stay on all the time.

Do I have to spice and dice?

Yes, they stay on when your parking lights are turned on. I love my raxiom halo projection headlights but damn my a$$ plug and play.
Looks like Kona beat me to it! Let me know if you have any other questions or feel free to shoot us a call!
