bolt right into my '02?

Just curious of course.. I could have sworn there was a 5.4 SOHC that could swap into my car without needing a different wiring harness/intake/etc.. anyone know?

Its the Navigater 5.4 engine that fits right into the stang a buddy of mine did it with his 00 GT only thing he did was get a custom intake done just so he can keep the stock hood on (sleeper it is :yup: )

The DOHC out of the navigator is a nice swap...then throw a twin screw on top...and you got a beast. I can vouch for that setup

There are some 5.4L Truck Engines, they are SOHC and might be a simpler sway than the Navigator, not sure though. I looked at one in a pickup once that looked a lot like a 4.6L. I talked to a guy once who had installed a 4.6L dohc 2001 Cobra engine into his Bullitt, he didn't do it himself, but said all they did was install a chip in his computer to make it all work right. He had driven it to Greensboro from SC somewhere for a show, so I know it ran, lol. :D

Hm...who would happen to be your friend...my roommate's uncle in Kansas did the same thing to his 01 GT, along with Nitrogen shocks, a 6 speed, a twin screw supercharger, beefy rear end, etc etc...

I probably know him :)
well in the southeast anyways. you will have to use solid motor mounts.. thats alot of engine and i've seen it done, I think you can use both 2v and 4v however i've only seen it done in person with 4v and I didn't know what all it took to get there..

BOSS330 he is an admin at another site.. he has done this already and is very FAST! I would hint but I think brent's already pissed at me :)
