Basically just a $99.00 canned tune from Justin @ VMP. Car had 3/4 tank of gas less the crap in the truck. It CAT scaled at 3680 plus my 230 = 3910 race weight. Weather 49 degrees. Two back to back 12.4's. Track is at 1500 elevation btw.

Just did a Wallace Racing calculator to figure MSA corrected at sea level based off same weather conditions. 12.25 @ 113.77 (makes sense)

I got the first and fourth run of the day with fresh glue sprayed. Car just barely spinned off idle and on the 1-2 shift. Great track prep actually. So if I spinned more my ET would have suffered, but trap speed would have been higher. I'll take the better ET. :)

Nice times! I have the same car so it's kind of cool to see what it's capable of. How did you launch? Did you foot brake it and stall it up, or did you leave off idle and mash it?

I REALLY want to tune mine but my motor just turned 1,100 miles on it. I'm too scared the motor could develop a tick or something after the first oil change so I don't know if I want to throw the powertrain warranty out the window yet. Can't wait to have it tuned, it's killing me :banghead:

Since your car has merely 1100 miles on it, I'd suggest you check out PedalMax from JMS. It is basically plug and play, with to connection to OBD 2 whatsoever. Granted it's not equivalent to getting an aftermarket tune, but none the less it be warranty friendly.

Very nice. I need to go to the track someday. Looks like a blast. I wish we had one around here close, all though I know I'd make a fool of myself and run some horrible 20 second run.

1/4 ET's

Best I've run is 12.9, with Stock tires and BBK shorty headers.
In three trips to the strip, I've posted runs of
13.4 and 13.1 Late July temps low 80's
13.18 and 13.02 Late August Temps low 70 Same track as previous runs
Elevation 1300 ft
13.07, 13.8 and 12.9 Different track , three weeks ago, temps in upper 50's
1400 ft elevation BAD wheel hop on second run.
I was happy to break into twelves. Getting pro cal this week, may try saturday if the weather holds out. Track closes 11/15.
Car goes away for winter as well. Will be working on slicks and lower control arms over the winter and possibly adjustable front struts.
