I'm not sure whether I should go work on the suspension a bit in the back or spend the money on under drive pullys? I already have full exhaust and CIA with TB and plenum. I don't really want to lower the car because my x pipe already scrapes sometimes.

The suspension may not have rattles or squeaks but it definitely needs help. The suspension in these cars is based off of the 1979 Fairmont. So you can bet it's worse than mediocre stock.
I looked up under my stang when it was on the rack to see where the exhaust was scrapping on speed bumps, even when I was stock height. For mine, it looks to be the design of the off road H pipe I have. Maybe it's like that for you. I was thinking of taking mine to an exhaust shop to see if they could make some adjustments to the angle in the area after the rear O2 sensors and before the flanges to the cat back. Maybe they could cut and re-weld in that area and get it to angle upward a smidge..? Mine hangs down pretty low at the cat back connection compared to how the stock exhaust was.
Uhhh I have side exhaust that's the lowest point on the car and I'm lowered a good 3.5". I scrape more K member then exhaust
