Mine rattle due to the bad from the sub. I used a rubber o ring and wedged it between the glass and the black part that goes over the metal part glued to the window. And problem solved.

I have all kinds of dashboard rattles. The upper DC outlet cover rattles, the far left vent surround vibrates, the top left corner has to be touched every so often to stop a rattle. If I did not know better, I would say that either Subaru or British Leyland put my interior together...
My glovebox does. Its terrible. Get some black foam that you'd put under a chair to avoid scratching on wood floors and wedge it in to help get rid of rattle. Takes some tinkering but ha worked for me in past. Good luck
I only have the rear view mirror rattles horribly. I don't know if the dealer would fix it because I'm at 39K. Any suggestion how to fix it or should I just go to the dealer, and see what they can do?
Have any of you pulled off the dash and reinstalled it like after putting in a radio or something? And what speed do your cars do this at. Also I have a vert are the convertible frames stronger because they don't have the top keeping things strong?
No dash rattles (usually what rattles is loose stuff in the glovebox or console), but I do get an occasional rattle from the driver's door lock pin at highway speeds. A bit annoying as it's within inches of my left ear...LOL.
My wife's 2013 had a rattle / vibration that drove me crazy. It was the inside rearview mirror. Try this...just put your finger on the edge of the mirror. Does the noise stop? My dealer said they had some issues with Escapes, but had not encountered any issues with the Mustang. Replaced my mirror under warranty.
The chrome rings from the cluster rattles on mine. I can hear it more in the mornings, also when I'm slowing down and brake I hear something buzz... I can hear it between the steering wheel and cluster but idk what's making that sound,it drives me crazy! It only happen when I'm braking tho. If I accelerate on the 2k rpm's (usually on 5th gear) I hear something rattle on the back of my rear seats.
Do you guys go to the dealership to get the rattles fixed or live with them? I feel stupid just to go there for a rattle. Maybe I'll go to get my alarm fixed and also check if they can change the airbag plastic cover of my car. It's has like black marks like its loosing it's color idk why, haven't put anything that can damage it. I'll find an excuse to go and get my rattles fixed too.
Depends on how good your dealer is. Mine was just as likely to scratch or dent something whenever the car was in for service.
