From the press release:
Saleen combined the reliability and potency of the 5.0L Coyote motor with a twin-screw supercharger. The pair produces the most power from a production Mustang yet at 730 horsepower and 600 lb-ft of torque on 91 octane gas.
Not to ruin the moment but I think the shelby 1000 has it beat...
And the tires are way too small for that amount of power...
But I'm glad saleen is back in the game, would hate to see them go...
Adventure till you drop
If I ever get a 2015, I'm taking it straight to my body shop and getting this front fascia put on first thing. Saleen did it right by ridding it of that Fusion bumper.
73K + starting price is a little steep, 730 ( crank hp ) a bit disappointing, considering what's roaming the streets. Many will be built, so it won't be exclusive.
Buyers with deep pockets & too lazy to build their own will snap these up !!
