It really don't matter to me because I guess I'm just a hard core Mustang person.
I do like the Hellcats but I just would rather be driving a Mustang.
You just get the one you like and be happy. Ronnie
Yes, Both the Challenger and Charger are great muscle cars. 707 horsepower and look good looking with a nice big muscle car retro style body and a nice interior. They are also going to put that engine in a Jeep.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with these cars or the people that want to have one.

A Mustang is an entirely different car with it's own personality. It has been around for over fifty years and always has had a great following.
A Mustang is not for everybody but even people that never owned one still seems to love them and will stop and admire one in a supermarket parking lot when walking by.
I get people wanting to talk about the Mustang they or a friend had many years ago. They bring back some good memories for a lot of the older generation. Young Children seem to like Mustangs.
Corvettes and Mustangs along with the older Camaro's are True American Icons. ( Not so much the new Camaro's) And are just A nice looking, Nice Driving symbol of America.
Anybody that goes to any car shows will tell you that the Mustang is always represented. It was once said by Barry McGuire that the Street rod and Mustang are the cars that kept the car culture alive through the hard times of the EPA in the late 70's and 80's
I think it was 1981 or 1982 that not one actual Corvette was not made at all but the previous year was titled as the only one for that year just to keep the linage going. It is in the Corvette Museum in Ky.
I like a whole lot of different models of cars, I loved my Mini Cooper JCW and my 1998 Corvette was awsum, I did track those cars and enjoyed the heck out of them. This is my forth Mustang over my life span and I'll probably keep it until I die. I don't race or Auto-X anymore but do enjoy the car shows. My Mustang is always welcome and It gets a lot of attention.
The absolute very best car show in America is the one in maple grove Pa. put on by American Muscle. It is huge and only Mustangs.(NO OTHER BRANDS OF CARS) Look on you-tube for plenty of video's of this show. Ronnie
They have some awesome cars there. And right before the museum there's a classic car dealership, with some really nice stuff. Last time I went they had the C7 stingray concept there. The one that's used in transformers.
How many 1/4 miles are there in 12,000 km?........I think regardless of color, I'd pick one with less miles.
How many miles are YOU going to plan on putting on it every year?
The only thing I don't like is the Dinoco Blue on black. I would almost like to have seen the car the blue with matte black stripes and accents or even the STP red accents
I think the Challenger is pretty bad *** looking myself I was very close to getting one. Some of the different packages I like better than others and it would be my second choice behind my Mustang
I agree that it is a good looking vehicle.............but somewhere in this thread is a pic of a Mustang between two Challengers..............the 'Stang looks TINY compared to the size of the Challengers!
You really don't see how BIG that vehicle is until you park it next to a known quantity.
Its no wonder it weighs so much, just given its overall dimensions.
The new comparison test in Car and Driver (that left out the Challenger because it finishes dead last in every comparison test)....stated that the Challenger is 9 inches longer than either the Mustang or the new Camaro.......that's a bunch!..............Then again....Our Mustang is 2 and 1/2 feet longer than our last Miata, so it's all relative.....
