It's a reach but, I'd say...it's a cylinder 7 misfire.

Seriously, you can switch the coil on plug with the one on another cylinder, clear the code and see if the problem follows the COP. Still happening on 7? pull that plug and inspect it closely. Replace it anyway and see if the problem goes away.

Not a bad idea to run a compression check if you have the tools.

Not very likely. spark plugs tend to show as high rpm or load misfires. What are your mods/tune? Does the car restart after shutting off?

Do you have the tech package on your car? If so, you can check the codes on the car by holding down buttons 3 and 6 on the radio display with the ignition on. Follow the prompts from there to view DTCs.

I got the same code and it was my #7 cylinder coil. I have aftermarket coils and they are guarenteed for life. Had it happen twice now but the last replacement coil seems to have solved the problem.

all the above is good advice. Is your car tuned for the Boss manifold? You can't just slap it on.

IF it is the coil pack, I think you can buy them individually from Ford. Won't be cheap but, what is? You can buy them in the aftermarket from Sultans of Spark for about $40 each.
