So I went to pull my 2000 GT out of winter storage today and found out that apparently mice decided that the interior was the perfect place to live. Needless to say, I've got a pretty huge mess to clean up now. Anyone have any tips for me? Looks like I'm going to have to replace carpet, floormats, etc. Just hoping they didn't get into the wiring.
My only suggestions, wear face mask, nitrile gloves and long sleeves and sorry, my daughter had the same problem, inspect all areas of the car for possible entry including under the car
Anything in life worth doing is worth over doing, moderation is for cowards
I use the mint oil and it's solved my mice problem,,,commercially available as Mouse Magic? but the homemade one is cheaper. I will say that if you read Amazon reviews it works for 50% only. Others swear by dryer sheets with the same 50% success rate.
I use a blend of peppermint/spearmint oils with 12 or so drops on a cotton ball it lasts for one month. This is in CT with my unattached garage at the edge of the woods.
sorry.
to make you smile a bit they would nest on the cabin air filter in my Tacoma.

Yes, in Florida you only have to worry about alligators and snakes resting under your car.
True but the snakes dont eat wires and leave nasty poop and pee nests in your car and if you lower it enough the gators will not fit under it! ?
