This wouldn't be the oil pressure sensor right? I'm currently trying to install an oil pressure gauge and I can't find any pictures that would be clarify

A real world numerical pressure gauge is not a bad idea. It would also be nice to know the actual engine temp.

The thing is is that the pressure sensor that came with the gauge is smaller than the sensor on the car. As in it looks like it won't screw in. I'm routing it to my dash wanting to screw it on top of the 2 middle air vents

Should be a 1/4 NPT fitting. Need to verify tho. Run a line off that, T it, put the stock sensor on one end of the T and run the aftermarket sensor off the other T. That way you don't have a dead gauge and also you have a backup in case the aftermarket one fails you can still verify you have at least 6 psi

I used a "T" on my 14 3.7, installed after sat overnite. Just a couple of drops came out. I also used teflon tape on threads also. No leaks.
Thank you for the info in the allen screw. Was not aware it could be used. If my Autometer sending unit will fit, I'll eleminate my "T".
