2010 V6 Facory Engine Oil

Does anyone know what engine oil is used by Ford (at the Factory) in 2010 V6? I was wondering if it was Motorcraft Synthetic Blend... Any clues? I had always used conventional Pennzoil in my previous '06 Mustang but am considering using Synthetic Blend on my 2010- it's a pleasure vehicle, so after a whole year of ownership its only got 1,200 miles on it!
I'd appreciate any advice.

I'm not sure what comes factory, but it can't ever hurt to use full synthetic. I get a full synthetic oil change every 3000 miles and she runs great.

Thank you for your reply 00vee63ate,
I'm thinking of going Synthetic, especially since I won't be driving so heavy and could probably wait a bit longer between oil changes.
Personally I would only run synthetic in my mustang. Some people say its a waste unless you have a gt/supercharger but if you have the extra money there's no sense in not. I swear by synthetics lol

Synthetic and 3000 miles is pointless. If you aren't going to follow the extended oil change interval it's not worth the added expense. I know oil. It's been a hobby of mine for a few years now

I have done an experiment with lubro-moly. It works. I couldn't believe it. It's a mineral found in Arkansas or something. You can find it at napa. I got an extra 3 mpg consistently. It takes a couple tanks to "plate" the friction surfaces inernally but once played eliminated metal on metal. If you go to bob is the oil guy site the first page is all about moly. It can be found in royal purple and red line non diesel oil. And napa sells it for 6 bucks a bottle. It works as advertised. In an industry of snake oil this stuff isn't

I've been using "Mobil1 Extended" and changing it every 7500 miles or so like directed for 200k miles+. Engine is still super tight, making great HP, and running smooth.
I know that the 2011 V6 uses 5W-20 with 10,000 mile oil change intervals.

K. I dunno how many times I gotta say it but ford recommends 5w20 because of CAFE laws and is saves them millions in carbon tax exemptions. A 0w30 or 5w30 will protect better is you spend any time revving past 3000 rpm. If you don't best on it it's not a big deal but if you like to keep your foot into it go up to a w30
