Did you change or check the cap and rotor? If the points are dirty it will miss.

I would check for vacuum leaks the hoses that go under the upper part of the intake if they have never been changed could be your problem I had to remove my uper intake to change them. also you can pick up a code reader for the 5.0 95 back for around 35 bucks or so and it will do a balance test on all your cylinders to find which cylinder is the weak one. you could have a bad wire plug bad injector or a burned valve on one cylender. did all your plugs look about the same when you changed them? if so it could be a vacuum leak if one looked different Oily or smutty it could be just one cylinder but I would spend the 35 bucks for a code reader and another 14 for a hanes repair manual it beats paying a mechnic if you don't have to. I was raised poor and we had to fix everything couldn't aford not to.:)

auto zone or any auto parts store "Actron ford code scanner part # I think is CP9015" just read the instruction that come with it. Your hook up is found on the passanger side under the hood between the fire wall and the inner fender wheel well. If its a 95 GT 5.0 I know thats where mine is.You can use it on most older fords but you will find there hook ups on the drivers side on a lot of them. It may be cheeper then 35 buck I think the advance auto parts book spring/summer 2006 shows it for 29.88 bucks on page 143 bottom left hand side of page :) Hope this helps
