What's the point of a stiff clutch on a stockish car?

The feel I hated it when the pedal didn't really push back on my foot

I run the Exedy Stage 4 clutch on my 2011 GT and I absolutely love it! Feels like stock but grabs super quick and hard. Even for just bolt ons, this clutch is not bad to drive on a regular basis! I went with the Stage 4 because I will be making 600+ RWHP in the next few weeks when I start my build.

I think you're really going to like the Exedy Stage 2 clutch. It will be a little stiffer than stock but will come back to your foot quicker and harder for sure!

Hopes this helps!

It's gonna feel like an entirely new car! You definitely did things right. Do everything at once and not look back, great work! We look forward to your feedback.

I got the spec stage 2 clutch kit and spec steel flywheel. Love it, but am going to end up getting the aluminum one soon. +1 on the Ford Racing throwout bearing

Ive always gone with Competition Clutch, the puck disc style clutches they offer both sprung and un-sprung. Ive used both the un-sprung is a very rigid clutch, the sprung design is very well balanced. It isn't harsh on release, but still has a firm pedal and grab. They ACTUALLY hold up to and beyond what they are rated for. Regardless of what clutch you buy DO NOT buy a clutch that is rated by horsepower. Make sure they rate the clutch by torque values.
