Yep. Misfire.
First, check your charging system.
If that checks out good, start with checking for vacuum leaks of un-metered air entering the intake.
Also, any or all of the basic tune up items can cause these codes.
Checked my charging system. All tested good. Changed out plugs and runs a whole lot better but still having the random misfire code at start up (3000 revolution). Tested fuel injectors and they came out good. I guess I'm down to the coil packs. I can hook a voltmeter to coil pack and test like that? Because my car is cam and i cannot tell by unplugging 1 coil at a time.

No, haven't checked for vacuum leaks. I switched over to 93 octane and no codes are popping back up. And idles a lot more better than it did. I don't know if it affects from 87 to 93. I bought this car used so i couldn't tell you if it has been tuned or not but by switching to 93 i think it does. It also has LT headers and cams if that affects anything.

The car must be tuned if it has anything more than what would be considered as "stage 1" cams.
I wouldn't have thought that too low of octane would cause a misfire but if the code has gone away... Then it's fixed!
