r u sure your axel tube isnt hitting your "over axel exhaust pipe"? thats prolly y only hear it on the right side. its a common issue especialy if u have 2.5"-3.0" exhaust. i run dumps now..lol.

im not a mod motor guy... but bn a stock 4.6, i would think 6-8psi. 8psi is really the max unless u r running a large intercooler, and i still wouldnt push it past 8lbs since u dont have any forged...

you can buy an aftermarket k-member...

i would advise changing your valve springs as a definate. if you have a 3.55 or or higher gear... changing to high stall converter is kinda optional. also, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator...
