I have possibly found a 8inch rear from a 66 mustang, a driveshaft, spindles and a 289 motor. How much would you pay for these items all together?

I have a 6 cylinder 65. I have heard that a c4 trans from a six cylinder will work with a 289. Is this true? Other then needing to get a new bell housing? The 289 I am looking at is a 4 barrel out...
