How much would it be to insure a 16 year old in a 2005 Mustang?

I guess, this car may have high insurance costs. check your insurance quote online before buing such a car -

The other guys have good ideas. So to tune that car get a vacuum gauge and follow the instructions. With out it, it is all guess work. You can tune three or more carbs on one engine with it.

It is just a fuel filler neck grommet(as said in the haynes manual) but like everyone said take it back to the dealership since they screwed up. Talk to the service manager and tell him you want it...
