Shocks/Struts Install help

To take off the struts all I have to do is remove the strut nut and everything should come out right?

Yes if you have the car on jack stands and the compression on the springs is released

Yes,but listen you have to jack up the front of the car and support the front lower control arm. The spring will pop out when removing the upper strut nut. Put the front on jack stands and use the floor jack to support the control arm. Shoot off the nut first, then lower the jack slowly. Also disconnect the tie rod ends. BE CAREFUL THE FRONT IS UNDER A LOAD OF PRESSURE ESPECIALLY THE FRONT SPRINGS!!. Good Luck,

youre gonna have to remove the front calipers / rotors

We installed the srpings ourself so we know what we are doing, just needed to know if thats the only thing that needed to be removed.
