I love those gripper handles...Kinda pricey for my tastes however. Let's see if I can find the other one. Nope..site doesn't work anymore, it was from upr products

shifter- www.mgwltd.com
the thing around the shifter is called a trim ring. its usually composed of billet (although ford opted for plastic  ) and you can usually find it on www.ebay. com and www.upr.com.

I had this one installed in my stang
but since I have alot of billet stuff installed I took it out and got this one
both are from UPR

Dont get the T Handle, that looks like the older T/A's, try to locate one of the MGW Conversion knobs and then do the 5 speed look to it, and just need to relocate the O/D button then!
Trust me it will cause qwite the conversation piece with garage mechanics and others alike!
