Im sending my 60mm TB back to rpm so he can grind the bottom off (it hits the fuel rail as it is now) So for now my stock TB is back on.
Anyways, when I get my 60mm TB (off 5.0) back, ill need to know how to splice the new 5.0 TPS in...
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I made my own but it requires a sacrificial V6 TPS and knowing exactly where to cut the TPS sensor in half

As for you Josh cut your plug off and splice these wires together.
5.0 TPS wires............................................3.8 TPS wires
Green/Green............................................. .Gray/White
Black/White............................................. .Gray/Red
Orange/White............................................. Brown/White
And finally when i put my 60mm TB on, I had to grind about 1/4" off the TB also because it was hitting the fuel rail also.

When Mik first sent me the TB, it had a connector coming off the TPS, I figure its what you were talking about Corey, and no it didnt work. this makes me think, i'm going to go get that TPS real quick and see something...
Okay im taking a pic of it so yall can see kinda what im talking about on the connector that Mik put on the TPS...
BTW, the name's Aaron

What you need is to adapt the 60mm TPS connector to the harness currently in the car mounted to the engine. I would get a used TPS for your V6 and modify it instead of messing with either the harness on the engine or the 60mm TPS. That is what I did

Are the contact pins the same diameter on the 60 TB coupler compared to stock? I ask because you could simply eject the pins from the 60 coupler and insert them into the original coupler,(takes a special tool, I have it). Also, could someone post the face of both couplers and their respective wire colors/locations?

************************************************************************
5.0 TPS to 3.8 wiring harness wiring schematic:
(for use without the Ford adapter, apparently it does not work for the V6)
5.0 TPS colors.................goes to..................3.8 harness
Green/Green..............................................Gray/White
Black/White..............................................Gray/Red
Orange/White.............................................Brown/White
base color/tracer (stripe) color
**** Note! Not all 5.0 TPS's have the tracer color, but it is listed
for those that do. Base colors are the same.****
When cutting the 3.8 harness wires, leave enough wire on the plug to reinstall it in the future
if the car is ever returned to stock condition. Use butt splices and shrink wrap to connect wires.
************************************************************************
OR eject the pins like Mike said, I had always considered that but would
have concerns about them coming out without the locking body. Use lots
of tape or shrink tube I guess!
My wiring diagram is the same as Rob's above, or is that the one I sent you, Rob?
Worked that out in 1999.
WE NEED A HOW-TO SECTION!!!
I have lots of tid-bits like this.

Thanks Robert... My 60mm TB is working well so far EXCEPT for the fact that the TPS seems to not be working properely. I dont know if its broke... or if I did something wrong, but ever since I swapped in the new 60mm TB, my car revs up to about 1800rpm or so, and hangs there for about 15 seconds. It does this every time I hit the gas or push in the clutch. I can just barely tap the gas and it imediately shoots up to about 1800rpm, then after staying off the gas and everything it finally idles down.
Maybe I bolted the TPS on upside down or something? Is that possible? Or is it just a faulty TPS? Im like 100% sure its not the IAC, Ive swapped a working IAC off a 3.8 T-bird and it didnt change anything.

I would have said that but finding one is the problem
When I get sorted out better I have lots of that extra stuff too.
LMK Rob if we get people who need these small extras, I'll help,
it is good for exposure and PR for RDM. Besides, I have too much
extra parts like that and need to clear it out!
