my cousin has an 02 pontiac grand am i guess he's wanting to start gettin into moddinga lil bit cuz i just sold him some subs but today he told me he thought about supercharging it i think i've seen like supercharged bonnevilles if he raped one off one of those would it work and how much boost do stock supercharged cars like that use (monte carlo ss, turbo diesel stuff like that)

the grand prix~ and such with the 3800 engine are known for transmission issues, hell mine has had it rebuilt and its going out AGAIN. I wouldn't supercharge it, the transmissions are to weak. I am not sure but I am fairly certain that the engines are different, the 3.8 in the non supercharged versions may not handle much boost at all.

It just depends. I too thought about taking the s/c off of a 91 grand prix when I had a4.3, but it was pointless. You could probably get it pretty cheap if you got it from a junk yard/salvage yard. Of course everything would have to be rebuilt and such.
