Low 14's maybe high 13's if you are a great driver. With your 3.73's, maybe 13.8's or so.
in my 00 GT I would run 14.10's all day with 1.90 60' times. So, if you can get below that 60' time, you should be able to dip into the 13's.
After the gear swap, you should be able to dip into the 13's, but not very deep into them. It will all depend on your shifting and how well you can get out of the hole.
