Quick question, how much can you sell a 3.9 liter 2004 v6 mustang engine for with 6,000 miles on the clock? Also, can you swap a 98' 4.6 liter gt engine into a 2004? Thanks in advance.

Just the engine... 700 tops... even with the low mileage

AS for the swap I am sure you can with enough money. Don't know the set backs you might see however

why would you want a 98 GT motor? also you would change the fuel set up also, cause split vs single port right/ (just askin cause i dont know about 98 gts)

Pretty sure the 98s started with the PI intake/heads. I think the big PITA would be going from a returnless fuel system to the obvious. If your doing the swap shouldnt be to bad but if your paying someone forget about it.

yea its prolly not worth it unless your getting the 98 for really cheap, if i were you i would do a head/cams/intake and headers on the 98 while it was out of the car, prolly the easyiest time to do it. if i were you i would sell the car and buy a 98 GT.
