I'm hoping to go the same route soon. I've been trying to get together a list of what I want. Here's what I collected so far.
Shocks/Struts: leaning towards Bilstein
Springs: Haven't even decided yet
CC Plates: Maximum Motorsports (MM)
Bumpsteer Kit: ????
K-Member: MM?
Front Upper/Lower Control Arms: MM?/MM?
Rear Upper/Lower Control Arm: ????
Front Strut Bar: Currently have BBK
Rear Shock Bar: ????
Swarr Bar (Rear Support): ????
Sway Bar/Anti-Roll: ????
Subframe Connectors: ????
New Bushings: ????
All I can think of so far. A lot is from MM, mostly because I was on there website just looking at what they had and liked a lot of it. Still going to shop around though and try and get some opinions and a final opinion before I go through with it (quite a while from now).
One of the other things is I'm deciding if I want to do each components separately or each area separately. Components as in do lowering springs, then shocks/struts, then what have you or go ahead and do say brake lines, K-member, control arms, rotors and all in the front, then the rear. Of course some components such as shocks/struts/springs will have to be done at once.

Shocks/Struts: Go with HD Bilstiens or you could use Tokico (stock Mach 1 struts and shocks)
Springs: H&R Race
CC Plates: Maximum Motorsports (MM #9994)
Bumpsteer Kit: Maximum or UPR are good
K-Member: MM (better for Track racing) or UPR (better for 1/4)
Front Upper/Lower Control Arms: I assume you mean A-Arms, use the same as the k-member
Rear Upper/Lower Control Arm: I used Mac/Hotchkiss and was happy (but take your pic
Front Strut Bar: should all work the same
Rear Shock Bar: should all work the same
Swarr Bar (Rear Support): I went stock GT on my 01 but you could use Steeda, MM, UPR
Sway Bar/Anti-Roll: I used a heavy sway bar but can't remember (very firm)
Subframe Connectors: Maximum Motorsports and NO OTHER
New Bushings: Most K members come with new ones and for the rear just make sure you go poly-urethane or spherical.
I do not recommend Coil overs I was not happy with them
