I don't know but I think March has 31 days. That would put us at March 2nd, right? If the 25th is a Friday.

I really want my dad to bring his haybusa. He wants to but he is so busy all the time. My goal is to get into the 11's at lacr, when I get my supercharger.

Holy crap your dad has a hyabusa? That's insane! I saw a lingenfilter get 11 at lacr; but it was low low 11 like 11.03. You'll have a fast car if you can do that at lacr.

i was thinking to myself what the hell is he still doing at work? I'm up for April 2nd as long as nothing happens to keep my paycheck too small. And given that they let me in with my cracked windshield. Either way I should be able to go, but hopefully they let me race with the windshield as it is.

You should try to cover it somehow? When you get out for inspection try to get their attention on something else. lol Be like "are these tires approved for racing"? lol

I think it should be dark or almost when you get to inspection.

They noticed it last time and said "get this fixed before you come out here again" and that's what I'm hoping they say next time
Last time I went there they said my name over the loud speaker; I don't know why they did this because I've never heard anybody's name called and I don't know how they got my name. Anyway, I missed a shift (not really missed a shift, more like grinded the hell out of second and couldn't get it in gear) so I shifted to third and ran like a 16.1 I was so embarrassed. I didn't know they called my name until after the run my father came up to me and told me what had happened. Haha, the luck that it would be on that run!

lol That's great. lol Ya I know, those guys are assholes. They are always yelling at me. I think they just don't like fords. That is why I like racing the bigger chevy cars. I beat a ws6 there with longtube headers. I always like being the underdog & racing faster cars. Everyone thinks they are the shit, it is so funny. Jay the dad with the 383 always wants to race me. I want to be him someday without my supercharger. He is .7 tenths faster. He alos has no front sway bar, longtube headers, no smog pump, a/c passenger seat or stereo, & cheater slicks. I think if I had all that my little 281 would be there with his 383.

I don't know if you can get .7 no front sway bar, longtube headers, no smog pump, a/c passenger seat or stereo, & cheater slicks. The passenger seat and stereo delete along with the a/c delete will get you like .01 hp. Slicks would be the best for you I'm sure.
It's odd that you say that stuff though cause I always thought they liked Fords. I know they don't like imports as much...you think they just like Chevy alone?

longtubes would get me 2-3 tenths with the mods I already have. He has a fiberglass hood, He took away three pullies. Smog, power steering, & a/c. I could do pullies & maybe take off another tenth. I am planning on removing weight. Every 100 lbs is at least a tenth. My seats weigh like 50 lbs each. These seats I found on ebay are 20 lbs each. Rear seat delete removes I think another 50 lbs. When I get skinnies/tires. That takes off another 75lbs. I want to do a battery relocation as well. Maybe a carbon hood. So two tenths more with weight reduction. So with headers, pullies, & less weight, I should shed 5 tenths. Jay runs a 12.13 at pamona. So I could be running a 12.3 or so. Now imagine when I get my supercharger. That would be sweet to get into the 11's all motor. Won't happen though cause I am not removing accessories & plus I would have to add cams.

My drivers seat must be far heavier than yours but my back seat sure as hell doesn't weigh 50 pounds. My friends and I took it out once and it didn't weigh anything, haha. I didn't expect 2-3 tenths off of long tubes, that seems like a pretty good deal to me! I'd like to do the weight reduction thing someday, just for fun but not permanently, and see what I run. Where are you going to relocate the battery to? My friend has a battery that weighs like 9lbs. It's the size of two vhs tapes about...maybe smaller.

I would put it in my trunk. I think whipster has done the battery reolocate kit. That puts weight in the back where you want it. I like whispers car alot. he even has the shaker hood.

Isn't real bad really. Just a matter of running a huge gauge wire from your trunk back to your engine bay. Then finding a good way to permanantly mount the battery in your trunk. I could get it done in a half day easy taking breaks and doing it right.
