well, js281gt, it looks like I am going to have to sell my car because affording it while I am going to school is a bit too difficult at the moment. I already sold my x-brace, my 3.91 (got the 3.15 back in), and the sparco seats are potentially sold....Looks like I'll have to take another car.

Thats cool. Maybe I will let you drive my car down the track. Actually I can't cause my brakes are crap. I have to down shift after passing the 1320. My car actually stauled once when I didnt downshift. I couldn't pull off the track cause my steering wheel was locked up. Ya of coarse the guys were yelling at me & I told them to fuck off cause my car locked up. So now I downshift when I pass the quarter. What car are you thinking of bringing? I think it would be better if we go the 16th cause my work merged with another company so I have to dress nice. So I just bought $300 in clothes instead of drag radials.

we just keep putting it off, lol
I don't know what car to get. It has to be rear wheel drive, manual, non convertible, cheap and low miles. I with they made a 6cyl manual Camry. It wouldnt' cost me anything to have and I could still have fun with it. I like G35 coupes but I'm not sure how much they cost.

They are like $35 or so. You might as well buy an 03 cobra for that much $. If I were you I would buy a 88-93 GT coupe. You can get a nice one for $3000 or so. They run a 14.8 stock. Then I would save for a 331 stroker block. You could run low 12's, just on motor. Those blocks are alot chepaer then mod motors like mine. I would either go that route or try to find a tt supra. Those are the only rice I would drive. Maybe an rx7 rotary.
I will try to be ready by april 2nd though. I will just put the tires on my credit card or something.

I'm not too much for cars that are fast in striaght lines. I wouldn't get a rx-7 cause it's too old and I've already had a Supra. I was thinking if I get a car like G35 I'll just be content with it how it is, not too fast not too slow, looks okay and hopefully I can keep myself from modding it.

Dude why not just keep your bimmer then? Those g35's are a rip. My car is not made for just a straight line. You didn't log onto the maximum motorsports site yet, did you? My buddies 89 coupes will smoke almost all cars through the curves. They handle extremely well.

No, I haven't looked at the site. The reason I don't keep the bimmer is because it has 152k miles. I don't want a car with that high of miles because I'll always be short on cash during school and if something breaks it might send me over the top. Thats why I said I wish they had a 6cyl manual Camry. That car it just a normal car that is cheap to maintain and I would still have some fun with it. Too bad its fwd.

Yeah, I've always liked Camrys and Toyota is just a pretty good company. I probably could convince my dad to sell me his car but I am not sure I want it. I gotta get a car I'm not going to throw money in to. A car without potential, lol.

Yeah, I still have my job and I can still afford my car I just don't know what will happen when I go off to college. I'll work less and if I don't have enough money for a part when the car breaks down I'll be screwed. But I can't help but think for something newer and better. I should drive around a civic or something just because they're so cheap. But my mind keeps telling me get the porsche, haha. Maybe I'll look into the car in my avatar. But like I said, I should be looking at japanese beaters.
