well since you work at a shop you can do the stuff we did. we always messed with people. i.e. make coolant jug bombs. if someone was working on a car and pulled the tires off than went to the parts room, while he was gone we would put the tires back on, or hide the lug nuts. another fun thing to do was all tool boxes have releases on the draw slides, so you pull a few of the draws out and swap them around. you don't know how bad that will mess with a techs head.

Well, I watch dvds. Last week I did Family Guy seasons 1-4...this week is Alf....next week will probably be Home Improvement.

When I worked at the hardware store I would do one of two things, or both at the same time:
1) eat donuts
2) text/flirt with the cashiers
Made my day go by a whole lot faster. (Keep in mind I'm 19)

I also work I get really concentrated but when there's almost nothing to do I just do it slowly or do it detailed to waste time or I talk to different people around..
