Upgrading vBulletin.... again

Yea so they released another update to fix Security holes so I get to go back and redo everything and upload it once more.

I am thinking the Private Message Attachments are going to be taken down for now as I am running into problems getting it to work correctly

The quotes are gone as well.

if you have any problems until I post about it being done its probably due to me upgrading.
