tell them to make pipes coming out from under the rear of your bumper... lol. It can be done and has been God knows how many times.

I'll go outside and take pics of my pipes run under my bumper if ya want...all they have to do is make a tip hanger that gets them to hang under the bumper, takes about 10 minutes and a welder and a torch to heat up the metal so you can do the correct bends...I even bent the thing myself.

Do you guys like the exhaust when it comes out the sides in front of the rear tires? I personally think that looks awesome but don't know how difficult it is to do.

they can just extend the hangers or fab up some and lower them under the bumper dont get turn downs at the bumper it looks super stupid on mustangs.... and get tips at least 20 inches long and angle them up a tad. (and ONLY stainless steel if they dont have this pm me i know where to get soem stainless steel polished tips)

the problem with that is that you must have side exit mufflers

its not difficult its just expensive, and you tend to scrap on stuff alot.

In order to put side exit exhaust on a mustang you must either use an inline muffler such as a glasspack or magnapack or buy a muffler with the inlet/outlet on the same side of the muffler. The absolute cheapest I found these mufflers was 90 bucks a piece. Also..there is a minor loss in power from side exhaust kits unless done in a specific way.
About the other, I'll get pics of my car from a few angles in the morning cuz it's a little dark outside at the moment and I was in class when you replied lol. I'll do that first thing after class though..free from 9AM to 5 PM lol, crazy crazy schedule. I'll even take a few pics of the whole system if I can fit my camera under my car and snap a few...gotta change spark plugs tom too...dangit my tomorrow just filled up.

I agree completely with this entire post...everytime I see a Mustang with the dual turndowns I just think they took another v6 tip and welded it to the other side and called it done..looks so so much better with polished stainless tips out the back.

Here ya go, here's a few pics of mine. As far as some tips for your exhaust person..they should know exactly how to do it..very routine exhaust setup.

try to make sure htey loop the pipe up and over the axle as far awasy from it as you can... so it wont rub if you lower it later on make sure you have alot of clearence around the control arms and axle tube... and finally if you ever want a panahard bar make SURE they pull the loops after they come over the axle towards the back of the car AS FAR back and as high up as they can.
