how much would it cost to get a 03 cobra hood painted. I know its depends but what would the average cost be

yes their paint sucks they use a one stage paint that is kind of like a basecoat that is already mixed with a clear, thats the paint u use when u want to sell a car "with brand new paint" just to get extra cah for the car

Do it yourself. The hood is extremely easy to paint. Sounds like you are buying alot of body parts that need painting. My advice is to invest in a good paint gun and air compressor and do it all yourself.

I know its not that easy, I am just telling him if he plans to by alot of body pieces to invest in that equipment and learn how to use it.

Its not easy but it isnt rocket science either.

im just saying that he might end up wasting the smae amount of money becaue the first couple of times the material goes to waste.

but if he wants to practice i suggest buying omni paint and clear its cheap stuff and if you mess up well jsut sand it.
