If I was to put together to sell brand new 4.2 V6 stroker kits which would come with a 4.2L crankshaft, 6 connecting rods, 6 pistons, and maybe a pulley depending on the year of your car. What would be a fair price for all of that. Keep in mind this would be BRAND new parts!!! BRAND new!!! I was think somewhere around $800+ shipping If you didn't want a pulley, make it $700 plus shipping. If you bought these items BRAND new from ford, this their prices:
4.2 Crank...... $259.05
4.2 Piston...... $33.66 for 1, for 6 - $201.96
4.2 C. Rod..... $65.63 for 1, for 6 - $393.78
4.2 Pulley ..... $107.63
Total - $962.42

How hard is it to do?
Is it just bolt off and bolt back on (basicly)? or is there other things too?

It's easy if you know how to rebuild engines. Nothing fancy, just pull out your engine, pull out the old pistons and crank and put the new ones in. it's that simple.

Hmm, I can do that, not 100% about how to do the timing yet though.
Wonder how much it will cost to ship it over here

the timing is pretty much idiot proof. Your timing chain has two sprockets. And on each one there is a little dot. All you have to do it have them point at each other and your timing is set. And to make it even more idiot proof, the crankshaft and camshaft have little "keys" that the sprockets slide on, only one way might I add. So as long as you have the dots pointing at each other, you're all set.

that sounds pretty cool, about how much power is gained by making it a 4.2L?

I think I might be able to pull something off like have the option to buy each piece seperate at a certain cost or the whole kit for a cheaper price.

according to Ford's website, the 4.2 stroker puts out 202 horsepower and 350 foot pounds of torque.
the guys at v6f150 usually run about 160 hp to the wheels and 240-250 to the wheels on the dyno...

I think the 350 is WAY wrong, so you're telling me a stock 4.2 has more tq than me now? Here's what I found. You're about 100tq too high.
Engine liters 4.2
Cylinder configuration V-6
Horsepower 202-hp @ 4,800 rpm
Torque 252 lbs.-ft. @ 3,400 rpm
# of valves 12
Sequential MPI
Fuel type unleaded
Aluminum cylinder head
Ignition type electronic
Engine orientation longitudinal
Fuel economy city 17 mpg
Fuel economy highway 20 mpg
Fuel tank capacity 25 gal.

the 252 is what it it gets to the wheels - not what the engine itself produces.

Nope, that's what the engine makes. How can a 3.8 make 210-220tq stock and a 4.2 make 350tq. It's not possible. The 252 is right.
Also you don't need to bore as long as everything is fine. I didn't bore my block when I did my swap. Everything runs like a champ. The pistons are stock, I believe the compression ratio is 9.2 or 9.3:1
