SACRAMENTO - A 19-year-old Galt man died Tuesday afternoon after losing control of his car on Franklin Boulevard near Calvine Road, officials said.

Kenneth Brown Jr. was driving a 2002 Ford Mustang north on Franklin Boulevard when he lost control of the car. The car hit a tree and then flipped, ending up in the southbound lane, police spokesman Sgt. Justin Risley said.

The 2:39 p.m. crash restricted traffic on Franklin Boulevard for about four hours.

I saw this on the news the car was almost in two pieces! I took me about 20 secs to figure out it was a Mustang. There were no pics yet but as soon as I get some I'll post them.
