So I got my replacements for my headlights back today. Everything looked great except somehow they have now managed to get the sealant on the front of the lense around the driving light. Rubbing alcohol got some of it off, but is there anything quicker to take some of it off?

paint reducer might work, but then again it might fuck it up more. try using some in a spot u dont see and see if it has any negative effects, if it doesent harm it then use that to fix it.

Well after alot of scrubbing with the alcohol, it's not glue. It's clear silicon. I've got most of it off. You won't be able to see it unless your right in front of them anyway. Maybe the heat from the driving light or the elements will finish the job.

I've gotten over it. It's not really that big of a deal, except for that, they are perfect.

I don't know of anything that wouldn't damage the plastic though.
