Is it possible to fit a stock 2003 Cobra supercharger onto a 3.8??? If so what mods would I need if the kit I'm getting from the guy includes:
intake
supercharger
throttle body
injectors
belt cover
spark plate cover
???
Just wondering how much I would have to spend in order to make it work or if its even possible.

Super Six Motorsports sells an adapter for $900 that allows you to put an m112 on a 3.8
I think you need #39 injectors, t/b, fuel pump(bigger), a few more things and you're pretty much set as far as parts. After everything is installed a good tune is necessary.
There are people out there who have done it. A larger than stock hood is necessary once the m112 is on. I saw one guy here in wisconsin cut a hole in his pony package hood and put the supercharger right under the hood scoop. Not too sure about that...cowl hood is proabably better.
As far as stock internals, idk how well they could handle the extra boost put out by the m112. Same goes for the drivetrain.
These are things to look into before doing the intall...

I have this very kit. It's very easy to do too. Who are you getting it from, I literally know everyone has a hand in the production of this kit and who all actually has a complete kit in their posession.

I was actually gonna get all that stuff used in a package for $800, but someone snatched it up before me, so I guess it really doesn't matter anymore.
If you could get the same stuff plus the adapter just call out a price and I may pm you pending on that number.

its been done many times but with no intercooler its rather hard on the engine, the temperatures are WAY to hot~ no one has done an intercooler setup as of yet so until then.. not sure I would want to go this way
A roots blower with no intercooling is a very bad idea IMO

$2800 for a complete kit, all you add is a tuner and boost gauge.
Regardless of what the ^^(scared snake owners) say, this setup is safe, the IAT's aren't as bad as everyone thinks, and there are quite a few people DD'ing this setup in all parts of the country at all types of climates with no problems. The only motor I've seen blow up with this setup was due to the tard dropping a little bolt into the intake and shattering the piston on an already weak motor.
The guy that makes the kits is in Georgia as well. The guy that makes the adapters is now in Miami, and I have tons of flow tested injectors lol
Had you paid $800 for that stuff, you would have severely overpaid.

Unfortunately, 3 grand and the possibility, no matter how small, of my engine burning, blowing, or anything in between can not be apart of my plan; school is crazy, especially towards my wallet.
However, if you have injectors, whats the #age and how much???

If you're worried about your engine you shouldn't mod it period. Because there is always a chance something will go wrong.

Why would us snake owners be scared of a V6 putting a completely inefficient supercharger that is known more for building heat than horsepower on a motor that isn't ready for the heat it can and will generate as us scared snake owners have seen many times in our own datalogs IN AN INTERCOOLED SYSTEM?
DD a car is not getting into boost. Not in boost = not high IAT2 temps. So, you can't claim "many people are DD'ing their car around the country". Hell, I can run 30 psi on my kenne bell on 93 octane in a DD situation all day long. Where the fun comes is when you stop DD'ing your car and make it build boost...and the heat comes on...
None the less, we are more than glad to let the V6 owners of the world buy up our heatons and put them on their cars so they can call us scared snake owners. It's perfectly fine by us....as it will be great for entertainment in the long run.
