dual exhaust

What would be needed to convert from single to dual exhaust? Also, what would it cost approximately? I thank everyone in advance.

two muffler and tell an exhaust shop to make you an H-pipe. its gonna cost about 300 dollars
btw i moved it to general mustang tech

I bought Mach 1 takeoff's and had them installed. Exhaust costs me 100 shipped from NY, and install costs me 130. So, 230, and I gave him a 30 dollar tip for doing my exhaust one night when he was supposed to be closed is why it was 230.

Actually, that's not entierly true...

The V6 doesn't NEED an H-pipe, due to it being 'even fire'. However, it isn't really a bad idea. I'd suggest trying to find a set of GT takeoffs and take that to a local muffler shop. I can't speak for the area you live in, but I got mine put on (including a customed h-pipe) for $100. I doubt it'd cost you much more, if at all.

Ask plenty of questions (especially here), and don't settle for what the first shop you talk to tells you.

I ran true duals on mine, doesn't make a difference at all on the butt dyno..just a matter of saying I have true duals lol

He got them off eBay.

I think Summit Racing sells an universal H-Pipe for like $40.
