If I remember correctly, that Mustang is a V6. Will check it out since he is a member in the same forum as me (MustangLife)

First off, the bumper is a one-piece bumper. The Cobra R had a 2 piece front. The 01 Cobra bumper plus a front splitter that connects.
Next, the fog light bezels are painted red, the Cobra R bezels are painted black.
Next, the car in the picture has a honeycomb grill, the Cobra R has a free running pony, that's all I got off the first view lol.
