I have 2 degrees. I have an associates degree in Automotive Technology and then I took a special degree that was offered only at a few colleges across the country. It was a B.A. in Automotive Management. Basically, it covered automotive specific management classes as well as all the other math, sciences etc. When I interviewed they asked me about how many maths, sciences, etc I have taken and were shocked when I told them. All the people I work with are either techs or engineers. Currently I do technician work as well as Research and Development. It's a really interesting combo. If Ford needs help in their National Service garage and you know how to work on cars, that is your best bet to get in. Thanks for the congrats and good luck!
