a friend of mine sent me this....its california laws for car modifications....it would be interesting to see how many ricers fit into this category, and if they enforced this more, how fewer cars would be out there lol

Thats a nice list. But you know whats funny is most states have those laws too. Just some dont give a rats ass. I fall into alot of those catorgies myself. but thankfully non that has to do with dumb arse lights. Kinda sucks for the true ethisuiest that love their cars though

glad i dont live in CA my exhaust will be "Excessively noisy" hmm my truck has silverstars in everything up front and I nightshaded the red parts on the tails to black when not on wonder if MD is anything close to CA strictness wise...

Don't see the point of that law. Unless of course it is too dark to see without headlights being on anyways.

Most rice boys who street race think its cool to take off their headlights and just race wit their parks cause they think their stealth. When cops come most of those morons forget to put their headlights back on. I believe that would be the reasoning behind that law

That's acually a law in alot of states, MS being one for example..but cops around here drive around at dusk with just parking lights on, so they dont' enforce it much lol

that makes sense.
I didn't think about it since we have just one assy for both headlight and parking lights.
but still, why wouldn't they just turn on the parking lights and not the headlights instead of removing them?

nah theres a misunderstanding. I ment to say when they go to race they'll shut off their headlight lamps and leave the parks on
didnt mean they literally removed their lamps well unless their some turbo-ed car that needs the extra air then yeah they can remove the headlamp itself but thats just getting deep into it

I've also seen the cars running w/o one headlight for the ram air effect, so I guess that's where my brain was.
