Been gone for a while but im back...My suspension is really shitty right now. Any little bump you can feel it pretty good. Also after putting those 17's on my car sits a little to high for my liking. Anyone know a good kit with shocks struts and springs that will drop me about an inch or and inch and a half...
I also want a brake upgrade...New rotors and pads but i dont know sizes on roters and if there is a kit decently priced i wouldnt mind upgrading the whole brake system calipers, pads, rotors. If you dont know i have a 95 V6 with 17's

I would recommend the Cobra brake kit. I sell them at my site if you wanna look.

go with a cobra front brake upgrade from www.speedconcepts.net, i highly recomment teh bullit front brake kit, same as the cobra just looks nice with the red caliper and white pony.
install is VERY easy just bolts right up, get slotted rotors ONLY no drilled or go plain faced rotor, and MAKE SURE THEY ARE protected with a zinc or nickel coating etc or they WILL rust and look horrid in like two weeks...
thats all you nee for brakes minus perhaps new pads adn rotors out back along with painting the rear calipers red to match the front.
for suspension go with ford C springs, cut a coil off the back, a half coil on the front or remove the top front isolator (will not cause noise with no top front isolator!)
then get mach 1 shocks/struts and mm 4 point cc plates (or the pro 3i ones ive just seen them not to as good and still not align right, the mm 4 point can be fliped for alot more adjustmetn, well worth it)
and then finish it up with a junk yard 99+ gt rear sway bar and front sway bar endlinks and maybe rack bushings.

go H&Rs they are the best spring out there... they offer far better rates than eibach and give a great drop, if you want more than 1.3 inches that is, else stay with C springs, and if you go more than 1.5 inches you will need the CC plates for SURE along with soem tokico blue's for the lower drop

I would get get C springs Cut the rear dead coil leave the isolators in. They are not for noise as much as they are fo prevent metal to metal contact causes scouring, fatigue and wearing or cracking of the Upper A arm. I would get either Bullitt or Mach 1 Tokicos
As for the brakes ( not to cause loss of sales to Rob) I would get some 99+ PBR dual piston calipers and get some Power Slot front rotors. The main difference in Cobra brakes is the Rotors and not the calipers. Besides your V6 does not require Cobra brakes for stopping. You will be actually reducing weight because the PBR's are aluminum and your stock calipers are steel.
The biggest thing is everyone wants to be faster but you put on bigger rotors and bigger Wheels and tires and all you have done is added 40 pounds to each wheel assembly and you add the gyroscopic weight and the power required to turn the heavier wheel assemblies and you have officially slowed down your car!!!

you wont be happy with the drop if you dont cut a little off the front or leave the isolator out.... 1.1 inches front and 1.1 - 1.25 rer is what you will end up with.

Why is that I am happy and my car drop 1.5 alll aroundand I left the Isolator in.
For some reason the C springs do not drop the 99+ like they do the 94-98. I have seen this phenomenon on several cars

Would the Bullit Suspension Kit not be a good idea...Tokico shocks, struts, springs (i think they are C springs) and sway bars for less than $400?

The power slots can be found on Ebay cheap. The PBR calipers can be found at vendors on our forum like http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/get_SuspenBrakes.html or on ebay
I would not waste you time changing the back brakes. Even the Cobra uses the same dinky rear caliper they only stick a bigger rotor on them

I think some Eibach or Steeda Springs would be good, and get some tokicos to go with them. Here's my site if you wanna look around. www.rdmotorsport.com

If you want the best go with h&r springs/ bilstien struts and shocks/ MM 4 point cc plates / etc etc...
for a budget get H&R springs with blue tokicos for a lower drop, or c springs for a 1.1-1.3 drop DONT expect 1.5 inches... you may get it but i doubt it.
