What do you guys think of push button starters? I just did one last night and It is pretty cool. Kinda pointless but something new for me to play with. I put the button right next to the cigarette lighter in front of the shifter.

Kinda pointless because you'll still need the key to start it.

That, and when your turn your key to the starter side of the switch, you cut off certain things that drain on the battery (I.E. radio) so you can have all the power thrown to the starter.

Not a problem man, anytime I can help just let me know. Looks good IMO...just kinda hard to get to with it in park. But I also have a boot over my shifter...

ya it looks like you'd have to squeeze your hand through there to push it. It looks nice and adds a nice touch, but i think i wouldn't mess with it.

Honestly, Now I know a bunch of people are going to crack on this, but it is a genuine S2000 button. I got it off ebay for like 20. It is not as hard as it looks to reach it.

Haha, I was just messing with you corey. I know I spend money on worthless crap on my car...I'll admit that to anyone that asks. I'm just not gonna spend money on my 3.8 when I plan on doing an engine swap a few years down the road lol. So I'm buying little stuff like sequentials and fog lights and chin spoilers, and bumpers, and little stuff like that.

Foglights are functional and cool. So are chin spoilers. I also think the sequential tail lights are cool and am thinking about getting some. But push button starters when you still have a key is goofy. Now if you did away with the key and had just the remote start I would think that was cool but I would also like you to tell me where you park your car HEHEHEHHEHEHEHE!!!

Well you have to remember he still has the PATS system and it kinda hard to bypass that system. At least this way someone can't just bust his window, push the button and be gone. That happened to one of my friend's who has a Prelude. A guy walked up, busted out the driver side window, jumped in, pushed the button and was gone. This all happened while my friend was in a gas station paying for his gas.

Lighten up I was just messing with you. and please refrain make lude remarks !!
As far as my car goes the body and interior is bone stock except for my 3.8 emblems, Bullitt pedals and functional gauges. I do not glue, screw, stick, tape or tie anything on my car. I however have doubled my RWHP with engine mods, improved my suspension and handling and upgraded my brakes and rearend.
It is your car and if you cant handle a little ribbing I am sorry.
