who knows when it will be "finished" but it should be running in a couple of weeks because i also got my insurance check this weekend. and all i have to buy is the wiring harness and a fuel pump and some fuel lines and some other little this-n-thats and then i just put it all together

i was driving the 90 schp coupe until some bastard ran into me. now i bum rides, drive my moms minivan, or my dads 01 v6 vert

I wasnt able to hit up the tracks this year. But local board is holding a track rental so ill know in may.

don't cars with forced induction want lower gears so that they can stay in the powerband longer? It seems that with 4.10 you're wasting all the power.

Should be deep in the 12's, if it is stock heads & cams. If not maybe 11's. Otherwise!

w00t! tomorrow the motor and trans are going into the car, then all i have to do is get a fuel pump and run the fuel lines, get the wiring harness and install it, get a crank pulley and some idler pullies and install them, then get my driveshaft shortened and install it. I'm getting close guys

Nope not when you drive a slug-o-matic  their perfect I wouldnt ever change them out esp wit my nice built trans. Like I said I wouldnt change it for nothing most has done its that I cant do 140 on the highway at 3 am anymore.

dam thats pretty accurate description right there. i can hear it already........ except replace the boost with a whine from the sc(cant really hear boost lol) and you got it set.
id say we call his 64/5.0 swap "mustangEvolutions Project Car" since we have a "mustangEvolution parts truck".

Its going to be silver with a little bit of flake in it.
i've heard bad things about Powerdyne also, but I have also heard having a Powerdyne headunit rebuilt by a company other than Powerdyne (which my unit has) fixes most if not all the problems people have with them.

i didnt have it rebuilt, my friend that i bought it from did, he showed me the reciept though, i think it was almost $300.
