is there any difference between 7 and 8? because i use 7 but can never come up with something that good lookin lol

Yeah its 8 which is CS... Use the Polyganol Lasso tool and go around the car not wheels though. I will get you a link for the rest... its to much to type

aren't you just cutting it out, then using Image>Adjustments>Replace Color?
