Hydraulic clutch??

I've got a 1995 3.8L with about 165K, and it's recently started leaking a redish-brown fluid from the front right. Also, the clutch has recently become increasingly more difficult to shift into 1st and reverse. Does this car have a hydraulic clutch, and could this be a leak in that system?

no it doesent have a hydralic clutch.
