I received this in an email? Havent had a chance to try and see if it is true or not?
Are your Keys locked in the car - good to know this.

that's complete bullshit. the only way it could work is if the phone is set on the same frequency as the remote, and i promise you that it won't be. a seperate radio signal can't be sent through a phone like that.

Was done on some other threads and it didn't work.
One thing that does work, but has a limited range is that you can put the key fob under your chin and the hard pallet in your mouth helps amplify the signal slightly. Kind of like when you talk, you don't yell, but yet the words are fairly loud. It gives you like an extra 20 or so feet range. Pretty nifty little tid bit.

after you tried that you would just be a moron holding a phone looking like a door with a car thats locked...
you can buy scanners that scan frequencys... thats all it is may take a while but they will eventually work.

works better if you put the fob to your temple. It uses your skull as an antenna. I don't remember why, though. Anyone?
