You would never believe this. I was going down one of my streets in my town (worse streets in all of CA) and there was some sand and some water running through from the rain that we have been having. I continued driving through till Bam!! there was a hidden hole and messed up my whole front bumper. Sucks so bad. Now i have to replace the damn thing and I am broke  |

sue the city for damages
after all, it's through the city's neglegance of it's streets that your bumper was ruined, therefore, they should pay for it

the pot holes around my campus are HUGE from the amount of snow we've had this year...especially down route 18 and route 1, they are two of the most neglected highways in jersey...i've hit a few without knowing they were there until after i hit them...they suck

Go talk to the city Engineering office and file a complaint with their insurance. They should have to pay for the damage to your car, I've been through this process with a friend who tore up her whole front end in her old car....she hit a pot hole and it knocked her whole front suspension loose and ended up throwing her entire front end assembly different direction down the road while the rest of the car skidded to a halt. The city ended up buying her another car. It's called knowledgable negelct if I remember right...

potholes around here are bad. it sucks so much its like a damn maze sometimes to not hit those suckers

You guys have no idea, Kris, lets go take pictures of the two between Del Taco and Vons. You guys will know what a pothole is. I'd be surpirsed if these two potholes are not 4 feet wide! I just hit a pothole on the way to work yesterday that seriously makes me think about selling my car because it gets too messed up to keep nice. I'll probably start taking it apart tomorrow to part out the goodies before I sell it. I'd keep it if I could afford a beater but I can't afford both so i just gotta buy some POS that I don't care about. Lame. |
