Here we go, instead of posting stuff in like 2 different threads, let's use this thread. Post your progress, questions about the game, and any special cars you might recieve. When I finish the race I'm in at the moment I'll do it to get this thread going.

Ok, I've had this game since 6:30 tuesday night.
So far:
5.2% of the game complete, 166 A-spec Points, 2668 B-spec skill level, and 197 days.
My garage consists of:
2002 Chevrolet Silverado SST Concept with 495HP499TQ Nippon Poppy Red
1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 with 686HP/853TQ Cranberry Red
2005 Ford GT with 586HP/525TQ Quick Silver Clearcoat Metallic with black racing stripes
2005 Ford Mustang GT with 634HP622TQ performance white
2003 Ford SVT Lightning with 395HP/467TQ Dark Shadow Gray Clearcoat
2001 Mazda6 Concept with 176HP/158TQ Pacifico Azzurro
2005 Mazdaspeed6 with 272HP/??TQ Black Mica
2002 Mini Cooper S 168HP/162TQ Pure Silver Metallic
2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT with 411HP/482TQ Kalapana Black
I'm saving up at the moment to either soupe up the GT or buy either a Viper, Evo/STi, or Cobra R...over 50000 at the moment, but may just save up for a while.

anyone else have a problem with the screen randomly shaking at the start of a race and when the race results menus come up? (IE after crossing the finish line, car still moving in the background..)
maybe 3 out of 5 races it does this to me... sometimes it'll keep shaking after 'START' and you take control of the car.. I have to pause the game and resume to get it to stop..

There's also a glitch in the game...forget where, but if you go to one of the tracks and try to race it you can only do B-spec, if you click A-spec it carries you to B-spec. I'll figure it out and post it on here, drove me up the wall.

I have a madcatz I think..it's a universal one, can go with PS2, Xbox, or Gamecube. I was expecting it to break..but it's held up very well. I bought it when I preordered the game lol. That was in December, and it's held up since then, I think my brake pedal is warped a little now, but O well, still stops.

I'm pondering doing this 'cheating' thing to get licenses.. the pace car tests are a PITA
get too close and you fail 9 times out of 10, get too far and you run into him at corners, or HE even crosses the line slower than the 'bronze' ... pissing me off (namely course 15 of IB)

I use manual, and once I got used to it I really prefer it more. I think I'd wanna upgrade to the force feedback if I got one again though...
