yup... I got bored, so I'm messing around, with no recipe, making some homemade bonelss hot wings... don't tell anyone, but I'm using the leg meat of the chicken... hopefully it'll work. I hate eating around the bone

We have a restaurant here called The Checkerboard. They make the best boneless wings. Call them buffalo bites. Got em in Honey BBQ, Hot, Mild, CrazyHot(it's called that), and Spicy Garlic. 7 bucks for like 50 of em, Ohhhh I love em.
