Afriend gave me what he said was a strut tower brace for a 99+ Cobra. Is there a way to make it fit my 02'? If not does anyone know anybody that might want it cheap?

Nothing change between 02 and 03 did it?

Or is there something different about the Cobra strut tower?

I believe the Cobra strut tower is different somehow. I know when I tried to line it up the holes weren' t even close.

Might just have to drill yourself some holes.

Is there a picture of what the regular 99+ should look like , installed.

Just go a head and drill some holes,What else would you expect fom something that wasn't meant or your car?

The only difference is the design on the Cobra's is to clear the Cobra intake. The holes might be difference but I dont know why they would do that

I though 99+ V6 guys had to drill holes no matter what? Our cars dont come with a strut tower bar, so Ford being Ford, they left out the holes for it, no?

As far as I know 99+ didn't come with a strut tower bar from the factory at all in any model so I can't see there being holes for one.
