Not at all, he could have been put in jail.
He got probation, and has to wear that sign
for a year of Sunday nites but only an hour
at a time. He could be in prison instead.
I'd rather wear the sign than potentially become somebody's b****!!!

I think they should crack down hard everywhere on organized street racing....sure I might have a little fun from red light to red light, but I never really get to speeding b/c of the whole next red light thing lol

I'm sure there'll be someone watching him the whole time...and I'll be they pick up a few more racers while they're there.

Check out this orlando sentinel link.

Like any addiction, Rivera's bad habit of late-night speeding and street racing through south Orange caught up with him last June when his driving in a tricked-out Honda Del Sol led to his arrest.
Take these two pics and own this guy

Look at what you wrote you know how hypocrite that is.
a. light to light racing IS what causes DEATH. the risk are alot higher due to traffic
b. most organized street racing is away from traffic filled areas and if there is an accident is only the drivers at this place and no-one else (unless there stupid and have a passanger but them too)
C. hows it legal to say to a person you HAVE to wear a sign. are these people gonna be responsible for when he gets his ass kicked seriously cause people will take offense of that and just run his shit.
D. most people like me dont have a single track near by. right now the closest track for me is now 4 hours away cause the 2 1/2 hours away is getting shut down. I personally dont wanna spend 20 bucks to just waste time and get a whooping 3 runs in while you waited 4 hours.
i think i touched all bases
